DELIVERY INFORMATION

All Australian online orders of $50 or more will receive FREE STANDARD DELIVERY. We do not currently offer Free shipping on International orders. Local Australian deliveries will be made via Australia Post or Private Courier depending on your location. International deliveries will be made via Australia Post or Private International Courier (eg. DHL, FedEx, TNT).

Our Delivery charges are as follows...

Australian Online Orders under AUD $50:
Flat rate of AUD $10.00 delivery fee Australia-wide

Australian Online Orders over AUD $50:
FREE delivery Australia-wide

All International Online Orders:
Flat rate of AUD $20.00 delivery fee

Please check your local taxes and custom fees for international deliveries as we have no control of these additional fees.

Our Australian Standard Shipping option delivers within 2 - 7 days depending on your location.

International Standard Shipping delivers within 5 - 21 days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

If you have made your purchase as a registered member you may track your order via a link through your account.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer exchange within 28 days of purchase for change of mind or incorrect size. We do not offer refunds. We will exchange your item for another of the same value/style.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:

  1. Within 28 days of receiving your purchase
  2. Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached

If your item(s) matches all of these requirements, please email returns@noorclothing.com with details of your exchange including your Order number. If you are unsure if you checked out as a guest or a member, please check your order confirmation email.

Once you have registered your return via email one of our Team Members will be in touch with you with confirmation and further instructions. Usually, you will simply place your Noor Clothing product/s inside the original Noor Clothing shipping satchel/box you received them in. If you are missing the satchel/box, you can use a similar sized box or satchel.

Cost of return delivery to Noor Clothing on 'Change of Mind' or 'Incorrect Size' will be at the Customer's expense, however, the re-delivery will be at Noor Clothing's cost.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

We offer free returns at any time if your product is faulty or not what you ordered. Simply contact our customer service team who will take you through the steps to return your purchase by emailing returns@noorclothing.com. All costs associated with returned faulty goods, including delivery, is at no expense to you.

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, Noor Clothing provides three returns options:

1. Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
2. Store Credit to your Noor Clothing online account (for customers with a Noor Clothing member account)

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO A RETAIL STORE?

Any goods purchased online from noorclothing.com can be returned via the above methods. Goods purchased at one of our Retail partners must be returned to the store you made your purchase from. Please take your product and proof of purchase to the store for a credit note or exchange. Please note: returns to store are not available at Pop-Up stores / Event stores.
